Payment options
  • If you opt to pay by standing order - which reduces the membership fees for Ordinary and Family Members by £3.00 - please also complete a Standing Order form and include it with your application.

IMPORTANT - Please note:  Standing Orders (which is what the Guild offers) differ from Direct Debits (which the Guild does not offer) in that you, the member, have sole and complete control over payment. The Guild has no way of changing the amounts paid by Standing Orders.
Therefore, if you are renewing your membership and were already paying by Standing Order, please don’t forget to:

  • amend the amount payable to £17.00 for individual memberships and £27.00 for family memberships; and
  • change the payment date to 1 September, renewable annually each year on the same day.

  • Now you can also pay by PayPal:  go to the PayPal website and make your payment to the following address:  Please take advantage of the facility to include a message with the payment to confirm what type of membership this relates to and whether it's an application or a renewal, to smooth our admin.
  • For those of you who prefer a good old fashioned cheque, we are delighted to take payment that way too!
If you have any questions, please get in touch with our Membership Secretary, David Richards, on
